Privacy Policy

Dream Lab 3D, ABN 20 105 440 978, is an Australian business selling digital 3D print files. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

We keep it to what the product needs:

• your email address, used to sign you in and contact you about your account
• the designs and design descriptions you create in the forge
• purchase records: which credits or membership you bought, and when

We do not collect or store card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card information goes to them, never to us.

To deliver the files you paid for, to keep your credit balance and purchase history accurate, and to support your account. That is it. We never sell your data.

Account data, designs and purchase records are stored with our hosting and database provider, Supabase. Payment records are held by Stripe as part of processing your payment.

Finished designs may appear in the public gallery on this site, unless you are on a plan that keeps designs private, or you ask us to hide a particular design. Your email address is never shown in the gallery.

You can ask us to delete your account and the data attached to it at any time by contacting support. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
