Dream Lab 3D, ABN 20 105 440 978, is an Australian business. All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Egg Forge is a digital product. When a design finishes, you receive downloadable files: two STL halves of the egg plus a colour-painted 3MF for multi-filament printers. Nothing is physically shipped to you.

One credit equals one finished egg design. Credits never expire. If a build fails, the credit is automatically refunded to your account.

You may print your design and sell the physical prints you make from it, as many as you like. You may never resell, share or redistribute the digital files themselves. Files are tagged with the account that bought them.

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not use the forge to create designs that infringe someone else's copyright or trade marks, or that are unlawful.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Memberships renew each month until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Because the goods are digital and delivered immediately, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a build fails, the credit returns to your account automatically. If something has gone wrong with an order, contact support and we will sort it out.

Finished designs may appear in the public gallery on this site, unless you are on a plan that keeps designs private, or you ask us to hide a particular design.

We may update these terms as the product changes, and the date at the top will change with them. For anything at all, contact support through the site.
